• All toll taxes, parking fees, Fuel and driver’s allowances.
• Pick and Drop from Airport/Railway Station.
• Assistance on Arrival.
• Clean and sanitized hotel and Rooms

• Expenses of personal nature like laundry, telephone, fax, internet, beverages, camera / video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
• Local payments in domestic currency, such as entry fees to monuments, tips and gratuities
• Any ride, monument entry fees, Activities
• Guide Service (Registered Guide for trek will cost 3500/- Per day)
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot
• Domestic / International air fare
• Any other services not mentioned in Price Inclusions above
• Alcoholic beverages (we do not provide/ sell/ supply any)
• Personal expenses
• Medical and insurance expensrs

• * 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

• Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
• Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
• Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & check out timing.
• Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Specially for the Kedarnath Badrinath sector Ac can work only in Haridwar Dehradun plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination
• Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki), the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

• 50% of the total billing amount to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
• 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Balance 25% of the total billing amount to be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.
• In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel 75% of the amount to be paid at the time of confirmation and if the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

• If the booking is cancelled 60-30 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 29 charged.
• If the booking is cancelled 15 Days le be charged.

• above cancellation policy only applicable for all packages without flights. In case any flights cost incurred in the package flight cancellation will be applicable as per airlines policy We hope you will find the program in order and the cost me you require any further information or any clarification or you want to alter days or any other change. • * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
